11. What is your refund policy?
Due to the time, planning and production resources allocated to each project, all payments made to Vast Array Films are non refundable.Once a project is confirmed and a deposit is paid, we reserve dates, crew and production resources specifically for your project. This commitment prevents us from accepting other bookings during that time.However:We are committed to delivering agreed upon results.
If adjustments are needed, we provide revision rounds as outlined in the contract.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will work collaboratively to reschedule where possible.Our goal is long term relationships, not one off transactions. Transparency and clarity protect both sides.
