Our Process

Request a proposal

Get in touch with us whether your ideas are vague or already decided and ready for production. If we need more information in order to best service you, we'll be contacting you.

Then, we'll have a look at your requirements, give our professional take on it and come back with a proposal.Requesting a quote is the first step in order to kick-off your project with us.

clarity session

This is an in person or online meeting with our team members and your project stakeholders to make sure that goals and requirements are aligned before the project begins.

We believe it's important for us to work as a team in order to ensure a smooth production and a very satisfying result.

Pre-production

Depending on what your project is;We might need a Pre-Production phase where our creative team will work with you on the style, the script and storyboard.

We'll involve you as much or as little as your agenda/schedule allows for.

production

We're ready! we've got the storyboard, script and our vision is aligned in order to create a meaningful video campaign.

It's time to bring in the cameras and start filming. We'll also start thinking as to which song would fit your video and record voice overs if they're needed.

post-production

Time to jump in post-production and put together your video. We'll be spending a number of hours finding the best way to build your video in a way that makes sense for your brand, intention and vision.

We'll also look at color, sound design, music and graphics.

delivery

We did it, it's all done! It's time to "hand over the keys" and send you your videos. You'll be given a link to download everything including the final video and extra requested assets like social cut-downs, subtitles, thumbnails etc.

We'll also be handing over the music license in order for you to post it anywhere you like eg: YouTube, Instagram etc.
